Email Issues
Due to recent changes in policies among many email service providers we have seen email users on our servers get blocked by companies such as AOL. The BPAA Technology team is currently tackling this matter and will get the block lifted soon. Here are a few points you need to know to keep your email from being blocked by major email providers:

Make sure your recipient email addresses are valid. By sending email marketing messages to invalid email addresses AOL will block you as it thinks you are trying to spam any one possible on their servers. You should check your email list for valid recipients and remove invalid email addresses regularly.
If you need to send email messages to a group of more than 50 recipients please use a bulk email service such as ConstantContact.com or Ebowl.biz. This will always keep your email accounts in good standings. These services will filter out the bad email addresses you might have and provide reports on how many emails were opened, clicked through, etc.
Don't forward your email accounts to AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo or any other service. If your account forwards spam email our email server will get blocked on a global basis.

Email services are getting tighter on mail being sent and received and we will continue to strive torwards providing you will all the latest information to keep your communications at a prime level.
